I am a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, graduating from Eckerd College with honors in Pre-med biology and graduating first in my entering class at Stetson University College of Law.

I am an appellate attorney, practicing before the U.S. Supreme Court, Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeal, Florida Supreme Court and other federal and state appellate courts.  I am an Alliance Defense Fund allied attorney and a member of its honor corps.  I have filed briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Liberty Counsel, Wallbuilders and William Federer.

I have been traveling around the country speaking on "Our Current Constitutional Crisis.” My speeches entail explaining the Constitution and each branch's role within the Constitution.  It is a dynamic lesson in American history and civics. I teach patriots how to regain control of their government. 

I have been the featured speaker for the Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Polk County, Indian River County, Volusia County, Hendry County and Seminole County Republican Executive Committees, as well as the Georgia Federation of Republican Women and the Texas Federation of Republican Women. I have been a keynote speaker at the Annual Bill of Rights Banquet in West Palm Beach, Florida, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies Northeast Conference in Rhode Island, the We the People Foundation’s Give Me Liberty 2007 Conference in Alexandria, Virginia, the Citizens for Constitutional Property Rights Annual Awards Banquet in Melbourne, Florida and the Daughters of the American Revolution Northeast Regents Council in Jacksonville, Florida. I have spoken to a wide variety of groups, including Kiwanis, Sons of the American Revolution and Christian Coalition.
